Killian, a dragon shifter, is running from the law. After taking shelter with his brother in the high Himalayan Mountains, he reluctantly agrees to assist in overthrowing the powers that be – the Council who decreed that most of the planet’s population must be eradicated.
Cat, a talented shifter and a bounty hunter, is tasked with bringing Killian in to justice. Just how is she to arrest a dragon? By becoming a dragon. Except Cat discovers she’s in way over her red head with Killian.
